IRON GRIP MONDAY, 9 AM & TUESDAY, 6 PM

Get the most out of each rep! 60 minutes of resistance training exercises for men and women that will help redefine and tone your muscles using tubes, barbells, or dumbbells.

CARDIO VARIETY, 9 AM & 6PM THURSDAY

 

This heart pumping class challenges your body by changing the class format from step, kickboxing, jogging, athletic drills, etc.

 

PILATES TUESDAY 9AM

 

Fitness and Pilates unite for a toning workout where you’ll experience both standing and floor exercises that focus on stability, balance, and core strength for a complete full body workout!

 

 

HIP HOP MONDAY 6 PM & THURSDAY, 9 AM

 

This fun, high energy dance workout will have you sweating your way to burning calories and to a new improved version of yourself. The movements are taken from basic jazzercise with some spice added to make this workout fun and rewarding. This class format is suitable for all fitness levels.

 

Childcare This is available to all preschool children for the morning classes only. It is FREE!! Cost: All classes are $2 each. A 12 visit credit can be purchased for $18. The credit is a money saver.

 

BOOT CAMP OPPORTUNITY

 

Looking for the workout of a lifetime? These boot camps are designed to give you a body make over and get you in great shape. It’s almost like being at a military boot camp except we’re a bit nicer. Two different camp opportunities coming in January 11th – February 4th and February 15- March 11 @ 7pm. Cost: 150 (repeat boot campers $125) Bring 2 new friends and get ½ off your price! Personal Training

Whether it’s losing weight, toning up, building muscle, increasing stamina, or preparing for a race, One To One Personal Training will help you reach your fitness goals through personalized training. Our trainers will guide you on the fitness path avoiding common mistakes that waste your time and keep you from achieving your best. We’ll teach you techniques that will get you the fitness results that you’ve always wanted.
