AEROBIC
FITNESS CLASSES KEEP YOU MOVING
A variety of fitness classes from step
to pilates are offered Monday through Friday in
the Family Life Center. These classes feature different
formats and a variety of instructors to keep things
new, challenging, and fresh. The classes are open
to all south Main members and the community as well.
The cost is $2 per class, or you may purchase a
12 visit card for $18. The card saves you money!
Childcare
is provided for the classes that meet on Monday,
Tuesday, and Thursday mornings at 9:15am. A detailed
brochure regarding times etc., is available in the
FLC. Pass the word along to family and friends about
our classes.

WALK
THIS WAY
Join our walking program and get your name
on the "wall of fame" in the FLC. Mileage
goals of 100, 250, 500, and 1,000 miles will earn special
recognition. Walking can be done anywhere. Pick up a
"Walk This Way" mileage log and get started
today. |

ON ONE - PERSONAL TRAINING
Tired of the same boring workouts? Let us
help with Personal Training. Our trainers will help
you achieve the results you've been looking for. To

PUMP
IT UP
Mondays at 9:15am and Tuesdays at
5:30pm
This class focuses on toning and strengthening your
body with a challenging workout for beginners and advanced
levels. |

CARDIO
CRUNCH
Tuesdays at 9:15am and Thursdays at
5:30pm
It's crunch time, so feast on a variety of cardio that's
on the menu for this class. The main entree will be
abdominal work. |

CARDIO
COMBO
Thursdays at 9:15am
A combination of cardio and toning exercises is the
focus of this class. You'll get the best of both worlds. |

STEP
CLASS
Mondays at 5:30pm
High intensity, low impact movements performed on and
off a step platform, with or without risers. Intensity
levels are determined by speed, travel and execution
of the movements. |

STRETCH
& TONE
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm
This fun filled class uses light weights for toning
your body and elongating the muscles through stretching. |

PILATES
Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:00am
Featured in this class are exercises designed to elongate
and strengthen the muscles and focus on the central
core of the body. |
COST
All classes are $2 each. You may also purchase
a 12 visit debit punch card for $18. The card is a money
saver. Exception: Spinning Cycles is $4 per class or
2 punches on your card. |
PRESCHOOL
CHILDCARE
Available for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
morning classes by reservation only. |
ATTENDANCE
INCENTIVES
First time participants are free! Bring a
new person to class with you and you and the friend
get to attend that class for free. Monthly drawings
for free give-a-ways. |
Life Saver Class – Learn to be
a life saver through CPR Certification training on Monday,
February 5, at 6:30 p.m. Cost: $1. Sign up in the FLC.
Exercise Classes – The FLC offers
a variety of exercise classes each weekday. Detailed
schedules are available in the FLC. |
